The Flowerman’sfirst stop of his shift after purchasing a full brown paper bag of FLOWER POWER COOKIES was at a local High School. Knowing as usual, throngs of youth would be clamouring to board. Wanting desperately to hand out a cookie or two to the waiting youth but wondering how to do so fairly. Not wanting to disappoint all the others that didn’t get a delicious FLOWER POWER COOKIE.

mind.He would conduct a straw poll (an unofficial ballot conducted as a test of opinion) to determine fairly who would get a
FLOWER POWER COOKIE.
He didn’t want to know who the best athlete was, he didn’t want to know who had the highest marks, that’s on every report card. He wanted to know what was in their hearts and minds. WHAT MAKES THEM TICK!
With The Love Bus shut down and secured The Flowerman opens the front service bay doors and steps onto the doorway above the crowd.

The Flowerman tells him “you can’t nominate yourself.” (Lol) When his “hands that pointed to himself” sadly went down, so many other hands changed position and pointed directly at HIM!

The straw poll was over. This fine young man accepted the FLOWER POWER COOKIE with gratitude.
